Gail and I would like to thank you for printing the great brochure. Those that we have presented so far have been well received and with positive comments.

We would like to thank you for your input and suggestions, (especially the shiny bits on the front!), and the timely turn-around once we had eventually approved the draft prints and payment should clear your account today.

If you would like to use the brochure in your own promotional work then please feel free and please advise us if you do. I am assuming that you have a brochure of course but perhaps you would be good enough to show it to the ‘Fore Biz’ group when next you go.

And finally, we need to arrange a further follow-up meeting, I suggest somewhere green, tree-lined maybe? How about a golf course!
